The directions to the park are also included at the bottom of this email. Game information: ----------------- Game Date: Saturday, 22-MAR-2003 Location: Crowley Park, Richardson, TX Game fee: $10 per PC, $5 per NPC The start times are as follows: ------------------------------- NPCs: Please arrive by 8:00 am PCs on Team 1: Please arrive by 8:30 am PCs on Team 2: Please arrive by 9:15 am What PCs need to bring: ----------------------- Good footwear PC game fee of $10 costume (dress in layers in case it gets hot) sweater/coat in case it gets cold medications (especially if you suffer from allergies) lunch (or at least something to snack on) WATER!!! (We'll have some water on course but you need to bring your own water bottle) IFGS-style foam weapon(s) PC parking: there are two parking lots off of Lookout Drive - do not park by the one next to the baseball field, park in the lot to the east. This will be by the heel of the park (see attached map). NPCs should park on the east side of the park - on North Spring Drive next to the pond. This will be where the boot would lace up (see attached map). Check-in will be located near the PC parking area; just look for the IFGS crowd! The After-Game party will be at 6:00 pm at Ryans, on Buckingham and Jupiter. Page 5 of the attached Word document contains directions and a map to Ryan's. (Directions are also listed below.) Go north on 75 to 190 (George Bush Turnpike). Note that the drive from 75 to the Jupiter exit does not cost anything, but if you miss the turnoff you WILL be expected to pay toll fees. An alternative exit from 75 is Renner Road. 3. Go east on 190 (or Renner) to Jupiter Road. 4. Go South on Jupiter Road to Lookout Drive 5. Go East on lookout Drive to Crowley Park. Directions to Ryan's Restaurant: Ryan’s Restaurant 3300 West Buckingham Road Garland, TX 75042-4302 972-530-2019 Ryan’s is SOUTH of Lookout Park. 1. Go west from Crowley Park on Lookout Drive to Jupiter Road. 2. Go south on Jupiter Road: past Campbell, past Arapaho, and past Belt Line. 3. Go east on Buckingham about 500 meters and turn into the Ryan’s entrance. 4. Parking is both behind the restaurant and to the west of it. Ryan’s is on the north side of Buckingham and it has its own entrance from the road. You can also get there by driving behind the Home Depot on the NE corner of Jupiter and Buckingham.
