Once the script has been completed, you will need an idea of what it is going to cost to actually
run the game; i.e. the cost of production. This cost is, in large part, what determines the PC Fee
for the game. Here is a blank Budget Worksheet for you to use in determining the production
cost for your game.

In order to run any game, you will need a Registry Representative to handle Check-In, the collection of
the various game fees, and the check OUT of everyone who attended the game at the end of the event. Here
are a couple of forms to help with those tasks.
This is the standard Check-In Sheet used by the Dallas Chapter.

Remember, if you have any questions DO NOT be afraid to ask any of the more experienced gamers;
and by that I mean those in the chapter who have been around for a while and have written and
produced games. These people are a veritable font of wisdom, and you would do well to take
advantage of their experience.
Enjoy!
